We can build a private booking calendar for you, or connect one you already use — your call.
Who builds the sites?
Dain at Webuply designs and builds every site custom — no templates, nothing outsourced.
Who will I talk to on the Zoom call?
You’ll talk with Dain one-on-one on Zoom or phone — no sales reps.
How long does it usually take?
Most sites launch in 1–3 business days after your brief and deposit are locked.
What’s included in the website + calendar package?
Your site is fully custom and SEO-ready so more people find you. The booking calendar is built from scratch for speed and privacy, and it sends SMS follow-ups and reminders to you and your clients. The calendar also powers the Date and Time menus on your form, so customers only see open times.
How much does it cost?
Website: $250 deposit, $250 at launch, then $250/mo. Custom booking calendar: $150 deposit, $150 at launch, then $100/mo. Together that’s $400 / $400 / $350 per month.
Is there a public booking page?
No. Customers pick a date and time inside your site’s booking form. Your full calendar stays private — only you (and anyone you add) can see it, manage bookings, or block off days.
Can two people book the same time?
No. Once a time is booked it disappears from the form, and the calendar double-checks every request so there are no double bookings.
Can I see bookings in my own calendar app?
Yes. Your booking calendar is custom-built for your business, and optional calendar sync can copy every booking to the calendar app you already use on your phone.
Where are you located? Do you work outside Georgia?
Webuply is based in Jesup, GA, and we build for service businesses anywhere in the United States. Calls happen by phone or video.
Do you offer an AI receptionist?
We do, as a separate add-on ($350 deposit, $350 at launch, $450/mo). It is not part of the website + calendar package — ask us if you want to add it later.
How will I know when someone books a job?
With the AI receptionist: email follow-up, alerts, and reminders work with your existing number — SMS text follow-up, reminders, and alerts need a custom business number.
